This December meeting is the last of 2011 and we want to make it real special. We will be hosting a 2 hour event with prizes, food, drinks and lots lots of schwag. We also have an incredible presentation lineup for the night. Peter Amiri of Alurium Cloud Computing will be presenting for us:

Running Your Web App in the Cloud
We'll take a brief look at the history of virtualization technologies and look at the typical use cases for cloud computing from a developers perspective. We'll then look at how to structure your application to take full advantage of the fluid nature of todays elastic cloud computing environments. We'll finish up with a demo of the Alurium aCloud™ environment and see how easy it is to build a robust web environment.
