March Meeting – Joseph Lamoree speaks about automation with CF

For the month of March, the IECFUG is pleased to announce that we'll have Joseph Lamoree presenting on workflow automation with ColdFusion.
Joseph will demonstration how automation can improve application development, testing, and deployment, and will be focusing on the lifecycle of crafting a CFML application using a workflow that automates and standardizes several aspects:

Prerequisites, considerations, and problem description

Creating a CFML app that Ant can build for any environment

Using Ant to prepare a path with all dependencies (frameworks, libraries, etc.)

Using Jenkins to trigger builds when a Git branch has new commits
-
Setting up Jenkins master/slave nodes on multiple platforms
-
Deploying a CFML application to multiple servers/platforms
-
Automating MX Unit and Selenium tests and monitoring failures
-
Working in a development team using Git branches
